Paul has taught from elementary through high school, college, graduate, to doctoral levels, and in church, retreat, and conference settings.

  • He co-founded Emmaus Formation Centre, Mississauga ON where he developed the curriculum for, directed, and taught in the spiritual direction training program (2014-2021). 
  • He developed the Doctor of Ministry program at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto ON where he was director and professor of Christian Formation and Leadership (2008-2017). 
    He directed and taught in the Master of Arts in Christian Formation at North Park Theological Seminary, Chicago IL (1995-2008).
  • He directed and taught in the Bachelor of Religious Education program at Ontario Bible College (now Tyndale University), Toronto, ON (1992-1995).

 

Paul is well-regarded for his teaching and leadership.

  • Depth Psychology: Theory, dreamwork, psychological type.
  • Christian Education: Andragogy, curriculum development, history.
  • Christian Leadership: Theology and theory, managing change, action research, leadership development.

Paul is retired as an educator but may be available for teaching in retreat,
intensive module, distance learning, and church settings.
