Paul has mentored teachers, designed curriculum, developed and directed a number of programs, established church small group ministries, and served on a number of boards. He has served on ten-year institutional self-studies and on accreditation review teams and has taught for 25 years in the areas of organizational leadership, educational theory and practice, and spiritual formation.

Paul is creative and collaborative in his approach to assessment and planning and has advised many students and mentored emerging Christian leaders.

Along with other studies, Paul has three degrees in education, a BEd in teaching, an MEd in educational administration, and a PhD in educational studies.

He has directed programs for Ontario Bible College’s Bachelor of Religious Education, North Park Theological Seminary’s Master of Arts in Christian Formation, Tyndale Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry, and Emmaus Formation Centre’s Certificates in Spiritual Formation and Direction.

Paul may be available for consultation for small projects in academic, ministry, and organizational planning.
